Incorrect Product received

I ordered a Throne of Glass box set from Takealot about a month ago, the wrong covers arrived, I sent them back twice and both times the exact same covers arrived. Now went I went to process a refund, the picture of the product has been updated to the coloured covers (which was the only indication of the book cover, there was nowhere a description) and I am unable to process another return.
