Incorrect product received
I ordered a playpen two weeks back. Waited patiently for it to be sent to me. I finally got it Wednesday, only instead of a playpen I received a skate board deck. Sadly I didn't sign for the package so it was received by reception. I logged a return on Thursday and got a response Friday morning that they need a picture of the barcode in order to help me. What? Oh come on...just fix your mess please!
