INCORRECT PRODUCT RCIEVED

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my order, as the item I received is completely different from what I ordered.

I ordered a foldable pink baby bathtub with a thermometer and shower holder. However, the item I received does not have a thermometer, no shower holder and is not foldable as advertised. It can only be pressed down, which is different from the product I ordered.

I would appreciate it if you could please arrange for the correct product to be sent to me ASAP or advise me on the process for returning this incorrect item and receiving a refund.
