Incorrect Product / No Assistance!!

I placed an order on skincare products and received something COMPLETELY different to what was advertised and ordered. I have logged 2 complaints now online, and they only say they will "get back to you via email". I have still not received any email correspondence from them so that I can send the photos of the incorrect product that was delivered to me. The product I wanted is also no longer available on their site so I cannot log an online return! I want my money refunded and this cheap knockoff product that was delivered to me returned!
