Incorrect product delivered twice.

On the 8th of January 2023 I ordered a product from Takealot. Product arrived and it was the wrong product. I sent it back and was refunded. On the 11th of January 2023 I re-ordered the same product. Again they delivered the wrong product and again I need to send it back and wait a couple of days for the refund. Please get your service in order and sort out my order.
