Incorrect product delivered twice

I recently ordered solar powered led string lights from Takealot only for the incorrect product to be delivered. I returned the product and requested a replacement of the correct product. Upon collecting the new product which I hoped would now be the correct product. They replaced the incorrect product with the exact same product which I returned. I am sorry Takealot but clearly your lack in customer service is pathetic how is it even possible that you make the same mistake twice.
