Incorrect product delivered twice

I ordered a 4 digit lock for next day service as i needed it for my daughters school, you delivered 3 digit which i asked to be exchanged. I received the exchange today a week later, so much for next day delivery, and guess what, still the incorrect lock, what a joke, service is shocking, dont you check what you send customers
