Incorrect product delivered!

I ordered a carpet two weeks back. Today I got an incorrect deliver (a beach chair) completely unrelated to carpets. I don't understand how they can make such an error. I have already waited two weeks for the delivery and now I have to wait longer for takealot to fix its ***** up and source the carpet from the supplier. Not happy with their sevice at all!
