Incorrect product delivered

I ordered a Russell Hobbs microwave and they delevired a Melware Air Fryer. I can understand if they delevired a wrong microwave brand but not a totally incorrect product. Called the call center, told me to log a return and it will take time for them to collect and deliver the correct product. Really not good service at all.
