Incorrect product delivered

<p>I purchased a mecer tablet for my mom for her birthday but the wrong product was sent. </p> <p> </p> <p>On her birthday she opened the package and found a Toshiba harddrive instead of what we originally purchased. </p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot.com then said there is nothing that they can do. </p> <p> </p> <p>We paid R1499.00 for the Mecer tablet and the Toshiba harddrive is worth R200.00. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have lost a lot of money with this transaction and will advise that you should be really scared to buy anything from takealot.com because they **** you.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just wish that I could get the right product that I ordered because I can't afford another Mecer Tablet and my mom has no use for a harddrive. </p> <p> </p> <p>It it feels really terrible to know that I lost so much money. </p>
