Incorrect product and still awaiting correct product delivery (unresolved)

I placed an ordered of Nike Sneakers on Thursday, 10 May 2018. On Monday, 14 May I received a delivery from Takealot. Upon opening my delivery I found Adidas Men's Slops Size 8. I immediately emailed and phoned Takealot reporting the incorrect delivery. I was then told to take a picture of the incorrect product and the barcode and email it to them, which I did. The incorrect item was only collected Thursday, 17 May 2018 and I am still awaiting to hear when my correct item will be delivered. It has now been 8 days since my original order was placed.
