Incorrect Product

So December I place a order , when i received my order they have send me Klipdrift Brandy and not Bells Whiskey.

They picked the incorrect product up and they have send me the correct product but I stil have not yet recieved my replacement and on the app it says shipped be delivered 1 Jan 1970!!!!!! I've send a mail requesting what is going on and all they say is they are trying to find the parcel. And If i send a follow-up mail I am being ignored!!!
