iNCORRECT PRICES CHARGED

Incorrect price charged on two items during Black Friday sale. Due to slow check out because of volumes I only realized the charged price and advertised prices on two on the 15 items I purchased differed. I logged a query only for it o be closed without ANY response from Take a Lot. Follow up emails got NO REPLY ???????
