Incorrect parcel delivered and bad service

We ordered a 60w solar flood light on the 28/08/2020 and they delivered a solar lamp. We logged a refund and we where refunded. We where unable to reorder product as there was no stock. When we received the refund on their website it showed there was stock and we reorder the same product. Again they delivered the same solar light and it wat not even in a box. I advise the driver I am not accepting the parcel as it is not what we ordered and logged a refund again. Why can't they get there orders correctly and inconvenience their customers. I did advise in the notes that the parcel was send back but still they want to collect a parcel that I do not have why do we make notes on the refund query.
