Incorrect Orders and terrible return process

For the second time in 5 months Takealot sends me the incorrect parcel that I did not order. Over the phone when I spoke to the agent about the return I specifically said I don't want to be credited for the item because I got it at it's lowest price and I do not want to pay price of delivery again. He assured me they would just send me the correct item. But no, I've been credited the cost of the item, which has increased in price plus I have to pay delivery again?? So ultimately I have to pay for the mix up made by Takealot. For the second time!!
