Incorrect order twice.

I bought my husband for his birthday a Ntech H96 tvbox that comes with a i8 keyboard remote. The 1ste time it came without the remote. I had to return the order and then they credited my takealot account of which i did not even ask for. I then logged back in and bought the exact same thing again as they STILL ADVERTISE it. So the 2nd order it again came without the remote. Utterlt disgusted and definitely useless. Won't bother buying anything again.
