Incorrect order! Refusal of correction! *********!

I ordered Red Kidney Beans in Brine on the 14 October 2023. While I was at work my mother received the order on my behalf on the 23 October 2023. On my return from work I found that instead of receiving the item I ordered, which was Red Kidney Beans in Brine, they issued me with Red Kidney Beans in Flavored! I then logged an email explaining the issue and took a screenshot of my order which clearly indicated that I ordered the Koo Beans in Brine (not flavored brine). The collected the flavored brine beans and indicated they would "investigate". Later in the week I receive an email indicating that my refund has been denied because I received what I ordered. I then checked my order profile on takealot and is see it was then changed to align with the incorrect issue!! Fortunately I still have the original screenshot of what I ordered however they still denying that they changed the order on my profile and further refuse to give me my correct order!
