Incorrect order received. Unacceptable service

Ordered a Samsung phone and received a hard drive. Immediately contacted their Call Centre and logged the return exactly as informed. The phone was to be delivered on Saturday in time for my son's birthday on Sunday (it was his gift) Was in contact with them several times via e-mail as well and my mails were rep**** to.

This morning I received a SMS to inform me that the incorrect item will be collected tomorrow (Tuesday) Since that mail I have been unable to reply to any of their mails and now suddenly receive a reply that their e-mail address will no longer be rep**** to.

Called the Call Centre again to be informed that I will probably receive the phone I ordered within 30 days.

This is totally unacceptable and one would think that they would try to recover sooner especially with a first time customer. Was even offered R60 off my next purchase which I am not interested in. I just want the phone I ordered.

Counted 1192 of the same complaints here from January 2018. Surely they must realise they have a serious [ropblem
