Incorrect order received twice

I've always had very good experiences with Takealot hence I've bought almost all my appliances, gadgets and kitchenware. So imagine my shock I place an order for black and gold kitchen utensils. I receive punk, return and reorder. Received white. I'm honestly disappointed these products weren't checked before being dispatched to customers
