Incorrect order received!!

I am so disappointed with takealot I ordered an iPhone adapter,glass and pouch but I only received a glass and pouch on the 4/10/2022 I called the customer care line and spoke to Naema she said she will escalate the matter I then received an sms stating that I will receive my order today then the order came only to find that inside the box there is another glass instead of adapter I then called again to enquire the guy said he will escalate the matter to their warehouse but said they take time to respond .just imagine a life without a cellphone charger 😭😭 hope my matter will be resolved ASAP thanks 🙏
