Incorrect order received

I order a baby bottle rack in purple and takealot sent me a pink one the invoice says purple ,on the same order I ordered a washing line from Retract line,they delivered the wrong washing line,this is false advertising.They even have the audacity to say non returnable,which means they know that they are deceiving to their customers.They don't even check they just wrap everything in their boxes without checking.
