Incorrect order delivered twice

I am very disappointed in Takealot.com. I did an order for the Ecomlight Solar Flood Light and received the incorrect product. They had delivered another brand of the solar light. I then did a return stating that I did not receive the correct brand of the product. Takealot.com did an exchange but the same incorrect product was given to me! Why advertise that you stock a certain brand of a product and then not deliver?! I haven't had problems before with Takealot.com but now I'm thinking I need to probably shop elsewhere...
