Incorrect order - customer service sucks

The customer service sucks. Received the incorrect order, how does that happen?? No one knows what is happening, there is no urgency in getting your order. No one explains to you what happened or how to go about it to fix it.

Takealot won't be seeing me for a long time. Please sort yourselves out - you are losing many clients.
