Incorrect Order

Ordered a Pool with them. Got to the pickup point and order is incorrect! The lady tells me I must take this incorrect order and the log a return. Done that and now they want me to bring the incorrect order back so that they make sure the order is not damaged! After they approve this then only I can get my original order? Takealot.com is just wasting my time and money and full of excuses!
