Incorrect order and damaged order
Take alot used to be the best company to purchase from but n the last 3 weeks I received a broken item and when I ordered again, they gave me the incorrect item, then instead of collecting from the address i provided, they went to another address. When I got through to them again then I have to wait for 3 days before they can collect and then another 7 days for the items. Can you believe I am still sitting with the item to be collected,l

10 Dec 2021, 18:35To date still no response from takealot and they refuse to do a refund or send the correct items. Their manager refused to call back, it seems that takealot is also becoming ****.
