INCORRECT ORDER AGAIN!!

I ordered an item. Received the incorrect item. Logged a return, received credit on my account. Re-ordered the correct item and AGAIN received the incorrect item.

The item received is a cheaper version without all the accessories. But they still charged the price for the more expensive one.

I don't even have the energy to try and exchange it AGAIN!!
