Incorrect Items Received

I received the incorrect products then i chose to return the items for the items i actually ordered and they scheduled the collection on a day i wasnt home...to reschedule it you had to call a number and both myself and my husband sat on hold forever and never got to speak to anyone, you cant seem to schedule a collection online and i sent an email to 2 different emails addressed and they still pitched up at my house on the day i wasnt there. The worst part is i now have to wait for them to reschedule a collection date, then take the wrong items to the warehouse to evaluate and this all takes days and THEN only will they send the products i actually ordered...This is ridiculous...this is their mess up and i urgently need the products i ordered before Friday this week! My Order number is #***1.
