Incorrect items received

On the 24 of May 2023, I place an order with takealot and collected my order from the fores**** pickup point. When I got home I noticed that two of the items that I have paid for was never in the box however there was two other products with the labels marked as the things I have ordered, it’s been send back as I logged a return only one of the items was credited back however I’ve been back and forth with different agents stating that according to their wear-house I have received the items I ordered.
