Incorrect Items delivered

<p>I placed an order for Black Series Set of 2 Car Vacuum but instead they delivered 2 boxes of Tomato Growers. I logged a return and sent all my information. A consultant from TAKEALOT then contacted me for the same information which I rep**** to the automated email. I sent the information to the consultant but still no reply. This morning I sent another email but still no reply. I’m so disappointed because this is the SECOND time that TAKEALOT messes up my order with other items, then I have to constantly follow up and send emails because no one is getting back to me. Such a huge inconvenience and poor service</p>
