Incorrect items and Poor Customer Service

I ordered LED lights and the box that arrived with the correct shipping information contained Baby Cereal and Honeycomb Breast pads... We called customer service and selected the option for returning the items and receiving the correct items that we had already paid for. It has been a week since they delivered the wrong items and they had the audacity to email us saying they expected us to drop off the incorrect items at their warehouse when we did not select that option, they did not communicate that to us, they said that people would collect the incorrect items shortly. Very unprofessional and rude. Overall a poor experience.
