incorrect item sent, replacement not yet sent and Xmas is just days away!

I ordered a Kindle Cover from Takealot. The cover Takealot sent me didn't look exactly like the picture and it didn't include the screen protector that it stated on the description that it should contain. I contacted Takealot and said I would keep the cover that isn't exactly what I thought it was, as it was a week before Christmas, but I needed them to send me the missing screen protector. They said I had to return the whole item and they would send me the correct item. It is now a few days before Christmas and they have only collected the wrong one but not replaced it for me yet. I am worried that I may not receive the replacement in time for Christmas. Also, they keep removing my reviews on their website, only stating these facts: item was not not the same as the pictures and did not include all the accessories. What are they hiding by removing my review? And where is my replacement?
