Incorrect item sent and terrible customer service

I purchased a laminator from takealot for R 645 and received a completely different brand of laminator that was worth R 535 . I called takealot informing them that the incorrect item was sent and i need the item urgently for work reasons so i would prefer to Keep the laminator and be refunded for the difference in price . I then received an email stating that if the difference in price is refunded the warranty on the item will be voided and i will have no warranty on an item they chose to send me instead of the item i actually received . I called back to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for 30 minutes then the call was dropped
