Incorrect item received and return need an expert to investigate

I ordered a cereal dispenser. They sent a rain gauge. I requested a return. The error was on the part of takealot. They requested photos which I sent. An expert apparently is investigating it. Now they are not responding to my e-mails or requests. All I want is to return the product they sent wrongly and receive the item I paid for. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
