Incorrect item partially refunded

I ordered Gana CAPSULES from takealot and Gana SEEDS was delivered to me. Takealot confirmed over email that indeed the incorrect product was delivered.

Only the product amount was refunded and not the delivery fee. When asking why, Chante L said they are mot refunding the delivery amount because I changed my mind! I never changed my mind as the incorrect item was delivered!!!

Pathetic service! Stay away!
