Incorrect item + no upliftment

I ordered crayola fabric markers and bath crayons from takealot, when i received the items the fabric markers were dry and jumbo crayons were sent instead of bath crayons. I logged the returns on the website for the items on Monday 28/09/2015. Firstly only the 2 x fabric markers were collected and its now the 1st of October 2015 and no one has bothered to collect the crayons. I also emailed Cawyn Emslie twice and she has not responded. I have been emailing and phoning both Takealot and the couriers and still nothing has been done. This is now the fourth time they have messed up and absolutely no one responds. #extremely frustrated.
