Incorrect item keeps getting delivered

This is the second time I have received delivery for the item and it is wrong! I ordered and paid for a 5 in 1 hair styler! Takealot keeps delivering a 3 in 1 hair styler!!! The box has a barcode taped on saying it’s a 5 in 1! THIS IS *****! NO ONE FROM TAKEALOT WILL HELP!
