Incorrect Item Delivered Twice, Description Changed – No Resolution

I ordered a Samsung 27" Full HD 100Hz 5ms Flat Monitor (Order Number: .....5861) from Takealot in December 2024. They delivered the wrong product (a 24" monitor) twice, and now they've altered the product description in my replacement order to match the incorrect item. Despite my repeated complaints and emails to customer support, I’ve received no proper resolution. This situation feels deceptive and unprofessional. I expect the correct product. Disappointing service from a trusted platform!
