Incorrect item delivered, such poor service from Takealot. No accountability, disgusted with the lack of service

I orded a Condere - 5-Sided Heating Quartz Heater - ZR-2203, red and black. I received a 5-Sided Electric Quartz Heater blue and white. The items are even similar. I wrote a review on their app and my review was rejected. In the review I told them I do not want the heater I want the one I orded. I logged a return enquiry on the app and is still pending. No one has called me or maybe acknowledged the mistake on their side. I do not want a refund I want the item I orded and I will not pay anything more than what I already paid becouse the fault was not on my side. Call me on ***, I want this rectified as soon as possible becouse I already waited 2 weeks for this
