Incorrect item delivered more than once

Very unhappy with the service i received. I ordered a cellphone for my son on 11/12/2025, I ordered a cover and screen protector as well. The deliveries came in 2 separate deliveries. The 1st one came on 15/12/2025, instead of it being the cellphone it was a power bank. I logged a return and when the delivered the 2nd parcel they took the incorrect item received. The return was processed and on 22/12/2025 the parcel was delivered. I open the package and once again, no cellphone instead it is a Diesel men's watch. I am very unimpressed with this as this is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son but I keep getting the wrong items and have to wait days for the returns process
