Incorrect Item Delivered and Returned with no Refund / Delivery for Correct Item

The courier arrived on Saturday 8 October. The reflecto sheet was correct, but instead of the tent I ordered, there was a bag of dog food. I needed the tent and reflector sheet urgently for an event on Sunday 9th. I took the reflecto sheet but sent the dog food away immediately with the courier (with 5+ dogs on my property, there was a high risk of it getting damaged). It's now been 7 days. There have been many emails. I still don't have the tent, yet you still have my R1999. Order number ***. leanne.huskylady@gmail
