Incorrect Item Delivered

Why must I as a customer be inconvenienced for an Error caused by You. I ordered a dishwasher. On delivery we note that they are giving me a washing machine. We phone before the the delivery men left, we did not even sign any paperwork! Yet we get told that we must report it via the website and I MUST LOG IT AS A RETURN. This was also done. But now I wait, with no feedback, just a reference number and nothing else. Takealot has got my money, which gets taken immediatly, but I on the other hand don't get the service I deserve. YOU MADE THE MISTAKE - NOT ME - SO WHY MUST I WAIT???
