Incorrect item 2nd time around
I ordered an item from Takealot which was sourced through a supplier. After having a delivery issue the item was eventually delivered to me and turned out to be something completely different from what I had ordered.<br> I processed a return and was refunded for the item in credit from Takealot's site.<br> <br> Since I had no choice but to use that credit on the site instead of getting my money back to spend elsewhere I purchased the item again from Takealot through another supplier at a slightly higher price. Again upon delivery I see the item was still the incorrect item.<br> <br> I have now processed another return and am not sure whether I will be getting the correct item or will have to order again from Takealot and hope that the 3rd time is lucky. This feels like Russian Roulette. Not sure what's going to happen.<br> <br> Bring back [URL Removed]
