Incorrect item

I bought toner for my printer. Seller stated it is ORIGINAL. The toner arrives, and it is for the correct printer, BUT it is a generic, not ORIGINAL. So, I paid the original's price for a generic. If I wanted a generic, I would have selected one at half the price. Then, when complaining about it - NO REPLY!

Last year I ordered an item, the delivery vehicle was hijacked (I understand this happens in South Africa) but, instead of sending a replacement, I got refunded.
