Incorrect information about delivery date.

Ordered a book which showed expected delivery between 5 and 7 days. Followed up just to see I will only get my delivery in 14 weeks. Customer services stated that 5-7 days means that the product was ordered and will be delivered to them between 5-7 days. All you get is an apology. I ordered the same book from loot.co.za and received the book within 2 days for the same delivery price. Now my refund will take up to 5-7 days. Pathetic
