Incorrect inferiour product delivered refusing exchange

I bought a school backpack for R1100 on sale but received another backpack worth R949 completely different colour and size back was broken on bottom shoulder strap, returned within the 7day return policy for exchange just to be told on the 25th January they declined the exchange due to damage. I immediately spoke to an agent whom advised me she will escalate the exchange as it was not the correct product. After several emails and calls being ignored they delivered the same incorrect product back to my house without even listening to what I'm asking as a paying customer. I REFUSE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM TAKEALOT.COM EVER AGAIN YOU ARE *******
