Incorrect goods received. Unable to get correct goods delivered.

Ordered and paid for 10 Bags Safari Trail Mix 300g ( Order # *****5771). in early December 2022. Received 2 boxes of Mushroom and Butternut Soup! Returned 2 boxes of soup to Takealot. Received 2 bags of Safari Trail Mix!!!! 5 phone calls later and STILL not able to get Takealot to send the 8 outstanding bags of Trail Mix. This is beyond laughable service. I can't wait for Amazon to come to South Africa. Takealot will be toast!
