Incorrect Goods Received : Admin Nightmare begins

<p>On the 25th Nov 2016 I bought a Tablet from Take a lot. I recieved delivery the next day wow!. Upon opening the package I find a hard drive, not what I ordered. This is the start of the admin nightmare. I called take a lot, who collected the hard drive and still have not given me the original item that I have ordered. The mess up was on their side, why is is that I the client , have to suffer while takealot sorts out their admin. Surely the right thing to do is to deliver the item that I have payed for and sort out the admin issues on their own time?</p>
