Incorrect delivery - no refund

Made a purchase on Black Friday 2018, they first deliver incorrect item - I received a selfie stick instead of an Asus Router Wifi Extender, not sure how you get this wrong in the first place. It's past the 2 months mark now and still haven't received any goods or refund from Takealot.com. I'm staying away from Takealot as much as possible - rather pay little bit extra for better service.
