Incorrect Delivery

Takealot delivered an incorrect item and it has been a drag to get them to collect it and refund me my money! They tell me how they have to investigate and re-label, I don't care, you do all that after I get my money back! The date of collection has been moved THREE times. Pathetic, disgusting service. All they do is apologise but their apology is not accompanied by actions to rectify their mess. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my life.
