Incorrect delivery and a no returns on the website

I have placed an order 3 dustbin, bin liners steel wool and wet wipes. Referring order #***. Only 1 bin was delivered and it is broken (I requested a return and replacement with the correct number of items) Bin liners not delivered but signed as delivered Instead of steel wool we got a dog bowl and the return system says non returnable so I cannot log a return To make matters worse there is no support team contact or telephone number so how does one resolve this matter? How do I get the correct delivery that we paid for.
